The goal of this competition is to encourage creativity, self-learning, and practical application of web development skills in a fun and educational way.

👥 Who can participate?

• All students of Med Laid El Khalifa Highschool
• Submissions are accepted from individuals or teams of two.

📜 Rules

• The project must be built using HTML, CSS and (optionally) JavaScript
• No ready-made templates allowed
• The work must be original and created by the students
• Content must respect educational and ethical values
• libraries like GSAP, Anime.js or Bootstrap are allowed
